I have be dealing with Joe De Vecchis for around 4 years now and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any other future buyers or sellers. He is second to none when it comes to dealing with people and will always make himself available to answer any queries and phone calls you may have. His attitude to after sales service were as if he had just signed you up and will go over and beyond what is required of him to help you out. He managed to sell my property, despite the market being flat in less than 8 weeks. He constantly kept me updated with home opens, actively followed up on any interest shown and negotiated a very fair price for my property.
