Professional, proactive and a great negotiator throughout the entire process

Elisa was outstanding throughout our purchase of 5/15 Tribune Street, South Brisbane. From the beginning, she was professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Her communication was excellent, and she was always willing to answer questions and assist wherever possible. What really stood out was her ability to work with both parties to achieve a positive outcome. She was a strong negotiator and helped facilitate arrangements that benefited everyone involved. As investors, we were keen to have the property ready for leasing as soon as possible. Elisa worked with the seller to arrange earlier access where possible, which made a significant difference and allowed us to organise the property efficiently before settlement.
