I can’t speak highly enough of the comfort I felt through the whole sales process, from our initial meeting to the sale of our property at auction. Our decision to utilise Elisa's skills in selling our South Brisbane property started a couple of months before we listed. Prior to meeting with her, we scanned many property listings in our area and Elisa's marketing, images, text etc always stood out. Her average days on market are excellent and results achieved always either inline with the market or above. She can be depeneded on to do exactly what she says she will do. We have purchased and sold several properties in this region over the last few years, with some terrible experiences from other agencies, this is the first time we have worked with her, but will not be the last. Five Stars from us.

My experience with Elisa was very positive. While I was the buyer and she was the seller's agent, she came across as very open and knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area and was courteous, responsive and punctual at all times. My one suggestion to her maybe would be to quiz her sellers more carefully about any issues with their properties that should be disclosed to potential buyers.
