Buying? Selling? Property Management? Elisa Excels at the Lot!
2017 was a busy year for us - novice players in the property market, but Elisa was able to assist us buying two units in South Bank, selling our previously owned unit, then finding us great tenants quickly and managing our two new properties, all with minimal stress and enormous professionalism. My husband and I have previously been a bit cynical about real estate agents and questioned who they truly represented in a property sale, but we were so impressed with Elisa and felt confident that she was acting in the best interest of all parties. She is extremely knowledgeable about the South Bank/South Brisbane market, having lived locally for a number of years. She was efficient at returning phone calls and keeping us up to date, every step of the way, and has a great sense of humour, but most impressively, is incredibly ethical in all her dealings. Bianca, Elisa's office assistant, is also a fabulous asset. We are so grateful to both of them for helping us achieve our property goals. A considered agent.
I had been trying to buy a place from my mother for a couple of years. After initially coming close, there was a hiatus. Elisa was the agent for the first and then also the second unit I eventually bought. She was very understanding of my circumstances. We finally bought the above unit, and it was very straightforward.
