Not your average agent.
Jamie brings a realness to the business. He is completely transparent, no nonsense and not into the "big sell" A genuine professional. He will be honest with you and not just tell you what he (& you) think you want to hear! Great guy who just gets the job done with as little fuss as humanly possible. Once you sign with Jamie he is completely invested in getting you the best result he can. If we ever go through this process again we would have absolutely no hesitation in using Jamie Hill again. Just a top bloke all round.

Honest good service and commitment
Jamie was 100% committed to getting us the best possible price for our house. He took onboard our suggestions and went over and above expectations to make sure our campaign went smoothly and our home was marketed to its best potential- from the floorplan to the photos and video. He even arranged a coffee van for the auction day! He is a down to earth, hard working, pleasant guy without the arrogance that is often found in other agencies. Jamie was professional, highly efficient and very easy to deal with. We purchased a house during COVID lockdowns from interstate. Wonderful!
Jamie has worked with us for the last few years. On 2-3 occasions we have considered selling. Living with my older parents they were worried about selling without having anywhere to go to. Old fashioned and not risk takers. Jamie has been so amazing working with us to get the best outcome for us personally. He was so patient. Never pressuring us into anything despite the fact that it was his time that he was using and we were still unsure what to do. We have sat on the fence for 2 years with selling/renovating, to have a dual Living property for the whole family. We actually found a suitable house after telling him for the 3rd time that we will renovate. Within a day and a half he had 2 interested parties come through. One put an offer and we accepted. Finally we get the house that suits our whole family without the stress of putting it on the market in today’s crazy market (we might not have found something else) Jamie has been so genuinely supportive, worked with us every step of the way. We have all enjoyed our many chats and we will be forever grateful that our whole family can be together. Thank you Jamie!
