We rate David Grenfell as easily the best real estate agent we have ever encountered throughout our numerous property dealings. His experience and expertise is unquestioned, however more importantly he was always completely professional and honest throughout all our interaction with him. David's integrity was always on display and that was something we valued most highly. David has sold 2 properties for us so far and without doubt has exceeded our expectations in terms of the results delivered. We wouldn't contemplate using anybody else for our future real estate needs.

If I was selling a house again the first thing I would do is get in touch again with Dave. I would give him a big 10/10 for the whole way he went about with the sale of my house in Warana. The house was sold in two weeks for the exact figure I wanted with a very minimum of fuss. Dave's negotiation skills are second to none.
