Simply the Best
We have brought & sold a lot of property over the years and dealt with many agents but we can honestly say we have never had a better experience than we had with our latest purchase with Jamie Hill as the selling agent. His excellent knowledge of the area he is selling, the stock he is is selling and all that goes with that was nothing but 5 ⭐️, his open and honest communication and very personable interactions with us made us feel very secure in what he was telling us. Jamie was the ultimate professional every step of the way in this process and we are very thankful that we got to deal with Jamie and we would say he is Simply the Best on the Sunny Coast .. We would throughly recommend Jamie if you are looking at purchasing or selling property on the Sunshine Coast.

Great guy, excellent price!
I’m so glad we decided to go with Jamie! Jamie was honest and open from the start. He gave us a fair price guide of the sale price and was excellent to deal with. The best bit was the price he got on our house though, he negotiated a great sale price for us 65k over what the leading agent in our area had valuated it for. I highly recommended Jamie and Jayden, I can’t wait to sell with them again next time

Cream of the crop
We settled with Jamie as our agent after exploring many other agents and were blown away with our experience. The experience is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and genuine when dealing with Jamie. He achieved a fantastic price for an our property with extreme efficiency. He was honest when discussing marketing techniques and prices which were bang on. Best thing of all what a great bloke!! Not only did we sell our home with ease we also made a friend along the way. Hands down Jamie is the Agent you want in your corner
We have both bought and sold before but the process has never been this easy and uncomplicated. Jamie was easy to build a connection with and he really understood what we wanted - and he delivered! Throughout the process of selling our home Jamie was forth coming with ideas and honest and straight forward with his communications. His commission isn’t at the forefront of his mind, and it’s a refreshing approach from an agent who really wants to prove his value. We would definitely recommend Jamie if you are selling or buying. He really knows how to take care of the people he’s representing.

Sold with Jamie, bought with Jamie and would do it again!
Jamie knows the neighbourhood and he knows his buyers. As an agent, he goes above and beyond to put good buyers together with good properties. Jamie built a relationship with us for years before we eventually sold our property with him, off-market, at an outstanding price - probably a record for our end of the street! And when we were a bit worried about finding another property, Jamie took that concern away by showing us the house we ended up buying. He’s genuine and doesn’t do the hard sell BS or exaggeration a lot of other agents do. His honesty is his best quality.
