Me and partner have been house hunting for months and given both working on the weekdays and operating a shop on weekend plus looking after two kids in this stiff fast growing market is just complicated. We are on the edge of giving up knowing that the house prices are about to increase again and the end of the stamp duty concession is only a month away until my partner saw this property in our chosen suburb. The conversation happened smooth and easy. We got a call from Keerthan straight away and addressed our inquiry with the property. An hour later, we saw ourselves checkin' houses in that townhouse complex. Keerthan is very accomodating and transparent, knowing we are first home buyers and just learning as well go along the whole process. We found the house that we are looking for on that day, and made our first deposit. The next day, Keerthan was still able to set up another meetup in that lot we chose for a second thorough inspection as the first one was a flash as we have our kids running and inspecting the place as well. He was also concern that we are 100% happy with it before we signed the contract 🙂 Keerthan made us feel we are genuinely happy with our decision, he advised us with our small concern and how to deal with it. Overall, i felt that we are in good hands with Keerthan and the property group. He was well informed with the property he was selling, he would accommodate all concerns, i felt his honesty and the genuine desire to help us find what we are truly looking for. First time I met Keerthan of Property 1 I new he was going sell me a house . He did show houses that he new was suitable for my family’s needs . Keerthan was very honest and straight forward . He did not bit around the bush. He did show me a house that the whole family wanted , it was perfect. But we were worried , it was over our budget.
