The service that we received from Daniel @ Property4U was impeccable. We had been searching for our new home for 2 solid years when this property appeared. The property was immaculately presented and ticked all our boxes. The communication was fast and usually the same day or within hours of our email or phone call. Daniel's overall demeanour is friendly and approachable and not like your typical real estate agent. Don't get me wrong he has a thirst for the sale and wouldn't budge at all with negotiations. But we were smitten with the property as soon as we walked through the gate and had to have it . I would hope he used the same charm and charisma to sell one of our properties when we utilise his smooth selling skills in the future . Overall fabulous service and approachable down to earth man to deal with.
