Brian is a professional salesman and has done his upmost to meet the seller's needs
When compared to other salesman who in particular attempted to sell my previous property. No comparison. Brian is well recommended. Other salesmen who are fortunate to be selling properties during a hot market just wait for things to happen and some should tend to their cattle rather than running a would be office. Others showed no follow -ups and in one occasion, involved me with the buyer and in this particular circumstance, I convinced the buyer to buy my property while the agency got all the commission and when sold, not even a congratulations, Just the remaining proceeds send back to my account and never heard from them again.

Went above and beyond to achieve an exceptional outcome
We met Jodie at an open house we were looking at purchasing. Once we got talking she offered a free appraisal of the Property we were selling. She spent so much time talking us through the process, what to expect and how to proceed. She has such a broad knowledge of the market, knew most properties that were for sale by all agencies and really made the process of selling so smooth and exciting. The only issue is that you expect the same level of transparency and professionalism from other agents are are shocked to find the Jodie is one of a kind. She goes above and beyond, even assisting in settlement arrangements and providing advice on all sale matters.

Once we decided to sell it was Ben that gave us confidence to do so.
Ben was sure we would sell for a good price as he already had people on his books that were keen, After signing the agreement, he then asked permission to show a client through the very next day.An offer and another were put to us which we agreed on, and with the help from Ben and his professionalism we decided to take the last offer from that client. And agreed on a long settlement. We still hadn’t gone on the market. And we had sold for a price we were all happy with. This meant no open houses and me the owner could start packing up ready to leave. All thanks to Ben

Amazing Agent
