Jodie was so easy to work with. She was never pushy, open and honest in her communication and great to talk to throughout the whole process. Jodie has a great knowledge of the area, an active database she is able to work with and knew who the buyer was going to be prior going to market. There was never a moment that I felt insecure or uncomfortable, pressured or rushed. Jodie’s service didn’t stop as soon as the sale was made either, going above and beyond by then helping me find my next property and helping me through that process even though it was through a different agency. She was so helpful and always free to answer questions or talk through ideas. I have really enjoyed working with Jodie and will be using her again when it is time to sell/buy again.

Our experience with James was fantastic however I want to say that my personal experience with James as a First time home Seller was exceptional. When you have two people coming from different angles (husband/me) James was able to keep us on track by being calm, practical, knowledgeable, helping us work through just what had to be done, he really did go above and beyond.
