Start to Finish Quality Service
James was very transparent and honest with his communication which made the buying process a lot less stressful. He was very knowledgeable of the market and local area and professional with his work. James was always happy to help and this continued after the contract was signed. Highly recommend his services.

Exceptional
Jodie was so easy to work with. She was never pushy, open and honest in her communication and great to talk to throughout the whole process. Jodie has a great knowledge of the area, an active database she is able to work with and knew who the buyer was going to be prior going to market. There was never a moment that I felt insecure or uncomfortable, pressured or rushed. Jodie’s service didn’t stop as soon as the sale was made either, going above and beyond by then helping me find my next property and helping me through that process even though it was through a different agency. She was so helpful and always free to answer questions or talk through ideas. I have really enjoyed working with Jodie and will be using her again when it is time to sell/buy again.

Could not be happier
Our experience with James was fantastic however I want to say that my personal experience with James as a First time home Seller was exceptional. When you have two people coming from different angles (husband/me) James was able to keep us on track by being calm, practical, knowledgeable, helping us work through just what had to be done, he really did go above and beyond. Always available and negotiating on our behalf after 7pm on a Saturday evening. Happy to recommend and have already done so. Thank you James

Easy to deal with, very personable
After speaking to a few agents, James was the only one that didn’t tell us how amazing he was. The first thing he said to us was “what is important to you”. This made the choice for us. All through the process he was extremely easy to communicate with, and was reassuring. A pleasure to deal with.

very easy and warming
since we looked at the house Liz drew an eye to my partner and I. She engaged in conversation with us and asked what we were looking at doing with the property and ask us about ourselves, in general, she was warm and happy from taking our first offer to ringing us about our offer being accepted she was polite and informative and on the ball, didn't keep us waiting sent us all required information where needed and in a timely manner thank you Liz
