Fantastic negotiator
Len had a good knowledge of the suburb and what type of buyer to aim for, he gave us great suggestions on how to present the house. He informed us regularly of any interest in the property and negotiated a great sale price. We cannot recommend him high enough. Very happy!

Professional and Approachable
Jodie made purchasing our new home an easy and enjoyable experience. She never made us feel pressured and was always available to allow us yet another look at the property. She was approachable and provided us with a lot of local information; answering questions we hadn't thought to ask. This was important as we were relocating from Sydney.
