We found Len to be a very friendly man with a beautiful nature. He worked tirelessly to obtain a buyer and his assistant, Chantelle, was also very helpful and friendly as well. He managed to procure three separate buyers, however two of those potential buyers changed their minds about proceeding. Len then went on to obtain a sincere buyer, who did proceed with the purchase.
