Superb selling experience
We had a great selling experience with James who is very professional and has all relevant knowledge about the area and the potential buyers. James is a pleasure to work with all the way and very good at communicating and giving helpful advice when needed. We had that feeling that we were given that little extra throughout the process. Would strongly recommend James to any seller. We also met James when we looked to buy and found him great also in relation to us as potential buyers.

Big thanks Jodie
We had initially thought of selling the property ourselves but really relieved in the end that we went with Jodie as she saved us from a lot of additional stress. She helped us all the way through, including spending a lot of time with us to advise what we should do to get the house sale ready that ended up saving us time and money, which we are really grateful for. Her knowledge was spot on and communication fast, efficient and out of hours when required - and we asked a lot of questions. Really happy with the whole process and the outcome.

Fair and patient!
Having had an agent sell to someone else for $5000 less than I offered for a property because the buyer dangled cash in front of his face, I was frustrated with agents in the quest for buying a property. Jodie restored my faith; she had 3 serious buyers and allowed all of us a fair shot at the property and when my offer was accepted she was so patient with my mother who the property was purchased for, as she wanted to measure and explore. Even though she was extremely busy at the time, nothing was too much trouble. You are appreciated Jodie, thankyou!

Warmth and Class
I’m naturally sceptical about all sales people in their many forms. Jodie has helped to open my eyes to the possibility that not all sales people are in it for themselves or the quickest, easiest way to close a deal. My wife and I met Jodie as potential buyers whilst inspecting an open home and immediately invited her to give an appraisal on our property. She was professional, open-minded, understanding and knowledgeable without being forceful. Rare qualities within the industry in my experience. Jodie provided useful advice in regards to where to spend our valuable money during the sprucing-up, preparing to get to market period, staging for best appearance, choice of open times and consideration of offers. She was emotionally available when required and a logical sound board when the tough decisions needed to be made. Nothing was ever rushed or too much trouble. No question too obscure nor request beyond her scope. Jodie has truly changed my mind about the sales industry in general and one-of-a-kind when compared with those I’ve met within Central Coast real estate. Even after settlement, Jodie has remained in touch and continued to check-in with our future plans. I cannot recommend Jodie enough to potential sellers. Our experience was not without its highs and lows, but we felt reassured and in-control throughout the entire process. There are many uncontrollable factors when selling a home, selecting your agent is not one of them. Good experience
James sold our vacant block of land. Je was very professional, we were in regular communication and discussed ideas on how to get it sold. He would talk about the followup he was doing with potential buyers. I would recommend James as a real estate agent.
