Fantastic Agent!!
Len sold our North Gosford 2 bedroom unit in literally 6 days!!!! Once we handed the keys over, we trusted in his knowledge and his skills to get us the best price and fast and he certainly delivered. He stayed open and honest with us through the entire process and he didn’t over estimate the estimated sale price like all other agents which led us to believe he knew the industry well. We would choose Len and his team again and again!! Thanks again Len, you did an incredible job!!

More than an agent
Liz is the friendliest, most relatable agent we have ever met, and we have been dealing with many agents on the coast in our buying & selling process. She is so committed to her vendor and getting the best price she possibly can, and she won't rest until she does! Liz gives 200% to the job and has even been happy to give us advice in our buying process. As a bonus she is good fun, great for a laugh, and has become a real friend to us and we are going to miss our regular contact. We watched the market and local agents success rate for over 12 months before we chose an agent. We saw that Liz was by far the most successful agent in selling houses in Wyoming. We were so glad to hear that she was awarded a prestigious award for her success in the highest sales for the area. As well as watching her success, we also had a neighbour highly recommend Liz as she got an amount above and beyond what she expected for her house, & also testified to Liz being a lovely person. We cannot recommend Liz highly enough as an agent to sell your house!

Best agent on the coast!
Chantel plays no games and was always honest and fair. She helped keep me happy all the time and looked after me with quotes, cleaning my pool and all those added extras. Her genuine personality makes you want to like the house even before you see it.

Reliable and trustworthy agent
We cannot recommend Chantel highly enough. Chantel took over the entire process of selling our rental property due to us living in Sydney. She regularly kept us up to date with the progress of all open houses and then when the sale was made. She was extremely efficient with all of the paperwork so that there were no delays or problems for either party. We had nothing but trust in Chantel when we handed over our keys and asked her to sell our property for us. Thank you again!
