It is with great pleasure I am writing this review for James. Having bought and sold a few properties, James has been the most professional, down to earth (not full of himself) and trust worthy agent I have dealt with. We had a buyer who pulled out during the cooling off period and James had another buyer walking in the door making offers the following day. Prior to this we had our house off the market few months prior and James was very proactive in getting people through the door. Liz is the friendliest, most relatable agent we have ever met, and we have been dealing with many agents on the coast in our buying & selling process. We cannot recommend Chantel highly enough. Chantel took over the entire process of selling our rental property due to us living in Sydney. She regularly kept us up to date with the progress of all open houses and then when the sale was made. She was extremely efficient with all of the paperwork so that there were no delays or problems for either party.
