Liz is everything you need and more when selling your home. From first contact (when Liz called me while she was on holidays in London!) to the day the house sold and beyond, Liz has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge of the local market is spot on, and she would have to be the hardest working person I've ever met. However what stands out the most is the genuine and down to earth way Liz treats everyone she interacts with, it's very refreshing to find those qualities in a real estate agent. She is a wonderful communicator who strikes up instant rapport and instils confidence and trust by being very clear and open when giving advice and information. My house sold very quickly and for a terrific price, and I can genuinely say the whole experience was painless and actually quite enjoyable, very different to past encounters with representatives from other real estate agencies. If you are thinking of selling or buying a home I could not recommend Liz Jenkins enough . Her professionalism is second to none. From the first day I met Liz I felt comfortable and at ease, she was very kind , caring , considerate and honest. I did not feel pressured into signing with her on the spot , on the contrary , Liz took the time to explain every step of the selling / buying process and made me feel at ease throughout what can be a very stressful time , I never felt pressured at any point to make a decision that I was not fully informed about. Throughout the open homes Liz was always on time and presented nicely . There was always a friendly phone call that followed to inform me of any feedback etc. There was never a time during the sale of my home that I felt like I was not kept up to date with it's progress , I can not fault the communication between agent and vendor. Liz put in every effort to get a good sale price for my home with a great outcome.
