Words cannot describe how amazing my father and I have found Liz Jenkins (agent) to be- with the selling of the family home at Berrys Head Road. Liz has clearly gone above and beyond what any other estate agent would do. My father is elderly and not in good health. Liz has shown such compassion towards my father, knowing how difficult this process is for an elderly person. She has also been actively involved in coordinating/organising quotes re all that had to be done pre sale of the house. Even post sale, she has continued to provide the same level of service, being actively involved/assisting us with all that has to be done (clearing out of house etc) prior to vacate date of 11th Jan 2017. She is amazing and would rate her 6 out of 5 stars!

We just recently put our home on the market and were extremely pleased with James from the very 1st phone call .James is very dedicated and went out of his way in helping us. Answering our calls and getting straight back to us within minutes. His knowledge of the Central Coast real estate market was impressive. We decided to use James over local agents ,as we had been watching his progress with many recent successful sales. I took James advice on some changes to our home that he recommended and greatly appreciate that advice. We put our home on the market and within 3 days on our 1st open home James found our buyer.He negotiated a price that we were more than happy with and kept us informed every step of the way. Selling our first home was a daunting prospect but James made us feel extremely comfortable and filled us with confidence. James is an excellent communicator and always keeps you in the loop.
