I was made to sign a contract during end of year 2019 for the townhouse, showing that it was being built, and it will be completed Aug-2020. But seems the builder and the agent wanted to show progress and get all the 8 homes in the project to be signed and take them for a ride. It was already sunset period crossed property, and all the contracts were rescinded and booked for a higher price. It has been more than a year, the basement which was constructed for car park(during advertising and contract signing) and stopped abruptly has been rusting and accumulating water. From Aug-2020 the agent says some or the other excuse and says the work will begin "shortly" and till date the progress is nil. Keat never picks up my call, if I want to know the progress, the vendor solicitor doesn't respond, he called me to the office to book for 700k, instantly told some reason and jacked up price by 15k. Will never recommend buying a property which he deals, during signing the contract also he pushes with arrogance, makes most of the buyer frustration to show that such property won't be available in future. I never wanted to post a negative review on an agent, but getting into a contract and paying my rent indefinitely waiting for to own a property left me no choice.
