Alan has been courteous, patient, attentive and straight forward in all his dealings with us in the sale of our house in Emerton. He communicated effectively and promptly between the buyer and us the vendors till he obtained the price we wanted. Besides He also liased well with our tenants, lawyers, etc and kept the journey smooth till the end. He kept us abreast via mobile during each stage of devopment until the 10 % deposit was collected.
