I am based interstate and have sold a couple of properties recently - Brett has been exceptional. He has handle all the renovations advising what is worth doing and what is not. He has in-depth knowledge of the New Farm area and given very relevant & sound advice for the marketing campaign. During the campaign I suffered a family tragedy, Brett stepped up and went above and beyond being very empathetic to my situation. Brett kept me up to date through out the marketing campaign and had great knowledge of potential Buyers in the area. He managed all the negotiation on auction/post auction day ensuring we got the best price, he was very creative with the negoations being flexible to ensure best outcome for myself and the Buyers. As I was interstate Brett managed all the finer details and I did not have to fly up at all - nothing was left to do Brett and his team were very efficient and easy to deal with . I would highly recommend Brett for his professionalism, experience and was just really a good bloke to work with.
