What impressed me the most about Nick is his professionalism, service and work ethic. He was always available and he put in a lot of effort to get the best price for me, which I appreciate. He also offered a complementary house cleaning service which, as far as I am aware, many other agents don't provide. They also did an excellent job with the styling and photos. My property did sell for a price slightly lower than what I hoped for, but given market conditions, I know Nick did his very best.
