Ben was an outstanding agent to work with. It is obvious why he is smashing records year by year in the Sutherland Shire. Many areas in the market are filled with agents who are older and complacent, but Ben brings the kind of energy that will ensure that you will get the best result for your sale. Pulse is a very well managed agency under his leadership and everything is on point, all the time. Our first meeting was during the Christmas holidays when everyone had breaks from work, but Ben is willing to go above and beyond for you to get the result you want. We achieved and incredible result with Ben and he was working diligently with me throughout the whole process and on top of every step of the way. His regular updates to me were also very informative and he was always available to answer my questions. I sold a house with a tenant that I had to ask to move out, which understandably is not always taken lightly by the tenant. However, Ben was incredibly helpful throughout the process and cooperated with the tenant so that my house could be sold for a great price. He truly cares about his clients and will act for you with your true interests at heart. I was blown away by Ben's consistency, drive and energy. He is well experienced in the market and with his work ethic will for sure outperform other agents in the area. I am hugely grateful for his work. The only way you'll be disappointed is if you don't appoint him as your agent.
