There is no other agent across The Shire that knows the property market better than Ben. His knowledge is commendable & although we only met him a couple of times he was always available to answer any questions. We did however deal mainly with Joel who was always approachable & easy to communicate with which helped towards a quick, smooth selling process for all. A successful real estate agent is nothing without a professional team so they should be mentioned as all their hard work & dedication is the backbone to success!

From day one till the sale of our property Ben, Tracey and the whole team have been amazing. Alway positive and will make you feel at ease even when you are having a melt down as sometimes selling your family home can be very emotional. Our property is sold and Ben & Tracey are still there answering our calls and giving advise on properties that we are interested in purchasing that isn't even going to benefit them. There’s truly no wonder why Pulse Property has the incredible name it has, and that comes down to the people that work there and their values. Selling our property with Liam was an enjoyable experience, as opposed to the stressful one I had set up in my head.
