Having been used and disillusioned by another agency I called on Ben Pike from Pulse Agency. Ben could immediately understand the stress I had endured with the other agent. Ben listened, and was the only agent to put forward a single selling figure to us which we knew was the correct market value. All through the campaign Ben and his team kept us verbally informed especially after open houses and then with a professional weekly portfolio summary that encompassed all aspects and figures regarding the selling of our home. With this summary and open communication we could understand the market and make a informed judgement and our home was sold within three weeks. Real estate is a hard business with agents still using unscrupulous methods to get their commission in despite of their client's best interests.
