He gave facts and information and provided information so that I as the client could make informed decisions. He was always readily available and responded promptly to every phone call or email. Lucas also proactively called me after each stage of the process including every showing and gave me feedback. I felt confident to make decisions based on the information provided.. He also provided independent sources of market analysis to help me determine my decisions about pricing, method of sale, level of expenditure on house preparation and advertising. The house sold in a declining market for a fair price. The agency rates were competitive and the level of service was excellent.
