Ben sold our Cronulla Apartment during lockdown

We originally asked Ben for a market appraisal after seeing increases in recent sales. Ben was very confident that he could secure us a sale price to match his appraisal so we agreed to attempt the sale off-market. Despite lockdown hitting right as we decided this, Ben and his team managed a good number of clients to see the property and kept us informed each week. Ultimately the property sold for more than his appraisal which we were thrilled about. We were extremely happy with Ben and his team, their communication, their knowledge of the market and the confidence they instilled throughout the whole process.
