I was skeptical when I visited Mrs. Addenbrooke's office with the brochure she had placed in our letter box. She listened to my story and concerns and when I mentioned the price I was after she said would have to come and view our property. This set in train a seamless but quite harrowing time for my wife and myself as we brought our property up to an excellent standard for sale. The photographer made our home look like something out of a top flight housing magazine. When a friend rang me and said he had seen our home for sale on the internet and I replied that I hadn't, he said that I wouldn't because your named needed to be in the Book! So the Book is true.
