Our selling journey started 2years ago, in an environment where we were not brave enough to go to market without having a signed deal on a new property but new we'd have to move fast when we did. Appraisal, strategy and photos all done without shopping around. I had known Di and Zac through involvements in the community throughout the 27years we had lived in Shelley.
