From first contact, property manager Megan O’Brien has been super responsive and accommodating to any of my requests or concerns this is what I found impressive. Communication has been great and constructive, I initially declined proceeding any further with the rental application when i realised it was only advertised for a 6 month lease but after discussing this with Megan she liaised with the owner and got back to me with a 12 month lease option.
