From first contact, property manager Megan O’Brien has been super responsive and accommodating to any of my requests or concerns this is what I found impressive. Communication has been great and constructive, I initially declined proceeding any further with the rental application when i realised it was only advertised for a 6 month lease but after discussing this with Megan she liaised with the owner and got back to me with a 12 month lease option. I am very thankful for her efforts throughout the whole process. Puppa & Gaehl have been an absolute pleasure to deal with 👍

Home owners trust in their ability to find tenants with the same values. Puppa and Gaehl Real Estate have those qualities and have made their business in the beautiful rural town of Nagambie No 1. Recently I had been renting a small neat and tidy home in Kirwans Bridge. The owner was making changes to the home, I was given notice to vacate. Not many homes become available for rent in Kirwans Bridge because it is a sort after location. Two homes suddenly became available one was on an acreage the other was a water frontage property. I put an application in for the water frontage home only because my previous home view were of paddocks with trees and cows grazing which I loved. I was renting with Puppa and Gaehl who also were the property managers for both homes 🏡 up for rent in Kirwans Bridge. My application was quickly approved for the waterfront home. My view now is the Goulburn Valley River thanks to Puppa and Gaehl Real Estate No 1 in this town.

Dylan & I were desperately looking for a place to call home. We have 3 young children and Nat was excellent and the best to deal with. When we met Megan she was just as excellent. Our Daughter spends a lot of her time popping in and visiting the Ladies and helping with the need to restock the stationary.
