Professional communicative and seamless

Brendan and team recently sold my property. Every experience was 10/10. Professional in every aspect, communication was 10/10, the home sold in a week, their was good interest in the property and it sold for the price I wanted, in a market that was quickly softening.we could not be happier and they made it easy. Knowledgeable, honest and hard working

Brenden sold our home in Blackheath in a softening market and was still able to hustle for us to get the price we wanted. He is kind and genuinely eager to help you get what you are looking for. He has to be one of the best agents to sell your home through. We highly recommend brenden and wouldn’t sell through anyone else.

Professional, always on the ball and proactive

Everything done by Purcell Real Estate was done quickly and efficiently. All staff as well as Brenden were extremely friendly, warm and helpful to me and made me feel reassured in a turbulent market. Big shout out to Patrica in the office who was always available to give me information and listen to my concerns.
