We recently sold an apartment in Canberra via Nick and his firm. He was always obliging and helpful during the sale process. He successfully identified buyers at an early stage so it was not necessary to go to advertising. That positive result appeared to result from deep local knowledge and experience. In the end a small number of people looked at the property so there was relatively little hassle for the existing occupants. The price received was very satisfactory. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received.

Nick was straight, provided excellent advice, and was our go to expert for tradies, stagers and other renovation advice. I don’t know what we would have done without him!
