Simply, the Best
Nick is brilliant. He provided a realistic assessment of the property value and kept us informed throughout and achieved a sale price which exceeded our expectations. If you are an investment property owner, this is the company to go with. Purnell's managed this apartment for 14 years for us. We never had a vacant period, tenants were superb, the apartment was managed and maintained to an incredible high standard. Thanks Nick, Theresa and the rest of the team

First home purchase!
Buying my first home as a single person was a pretty big deal for me! I met Nick at a number of house inspections prior to finding "the one". He was knowledgable about the properties and always professional and approachable. I appreciated his transparency during my purchase, and his patience in explaining real estate processes to a learner like me. Nick went the extra mile
We were living interstate when we bought an apartment in ACT. Nick was very helpful in facilitating access to the apartment on a number of occasions at short notice prior to and following exchange of contracts. He provided information and responses to our queries, liaising with the owner. He even came to the apartment and took a photo of the gas meter to prove to the provider that the apartment had gas connected. We were very happy with the level of service we received as buyers.

Excellent representation
Nick is engaging and responsive to client needs. We would recommend Nick if you are wanting to sell or buy into Canberra Real Estate. Purnell are also excellent rental agents, they found us an excellent tenant when we rented our apartment before selling. Nick provides feedback after each viewing which gives the seller an opportunity to assess and make changes or leave as they are. In our view, Nick has an excellent grasp of the Canberra market.
