I cannot rate this real estate high enough. Dana responded to me via RateMyAgent within half hour and provided me with critical information I did not know pertaining to landlords. Dana also made the transition to Purple Cow Real Estate extremely easy for me. She took care of everything. I also have a lovely property manager, Ashleigh who is very efficient. If you want a real estate that solves problems quickly and communicates effectively… I know you may not be used to that as I wasn’t… then this real estate is for you! Ashleigh at Purple cow has managed property damage for me, chased up arrears and they have found me new tenants. All this was done within weeks and with a smile on their face. Honestly could not rate Dana, Ashleigh or Purple Cow Real Estate high enough.
