In fact, I feel lucky get to know Kris while I was desperate to sell one of my properties in Augustine Heights. In last two years, I tried to sell two of my properties with two different agents, unfortunately both of them proved inexperienced, talk too much and can't delivery what they say. My impression is most of the Agents in the market are of this nature. Only, a few Agents really have the skill to sell properties. Kris is one of them, I appreciate his skills and trust him.
