PWC Realty is a boutique agency that opened in 2016. Jo Lindo the licensee, entered the real estate industry in 1987 just before a major downturn and had to battle her way through as a newbie. Subsequently she has honed her skills through markets that have been booming, crashing and going sideways. She has worked in all the big agencies over the years through out Perth & the Hills area in retirement living, as well as Willeton, Bull Creek, Gosnells, Thornlie, & South Perth. Rural areas have also come on her radar selling horse properties and small lifestyle holdings.
Over the years awards have been won from REIWA, Century 21, and The Professionals. Jo has developed additional skills in 'working on' Real Estate and completed the the Property Apprentice course with Steve McKnight gaining a Cert IV in Real Estate Investing. She continues to attend educational Investment seminars to constantly upgrade her skills and knowledge in the ever changing real estate market in developing and other strategic aspects of investing.
