I am happy with them as they’re professionals and approachable. They quickly answer my questions and prompt. Javen the manager is kind and considerate. Replies straight away if i have any concerns or questions. He help me deal to the Landlord last time when the rent to high and so happy when he negotiated it to lower a bit the rent. I am very happy he’s the manager of the real estate agent on the property i am staying. Very up to date on issuing rental receipts after i pay my rent. Sending correspondence about current calamities, concerns and other stuffs making sure of our safety. The person who did my 5 months house inspection is also considerate , kind and helpful very sensible too. Not other agent when it comes to inspection so perfectionists and we as the tenants got stressed when inspections time. Its very vital to have good, sensible, reliable, reasonable, considerate, compassionate Real Estate Agent like Q Realty . Very professional people and looking after their tenants. Highly recommended.
