The staff were knowlegable, helpful and courteous. I was a bit disappointed however that the townhouse was advertised at $580 a week only to find out at the very last minute (when doing the paperwork) that it would be increasing to $610 in the New Year. It was the $580 that grabbed my attention and was the clincher as I am on a tight budget. I could have pulled out at the last minute but was up against it timewise, my wife and I had aready ispected the property, and I understood accommodation in the area I was interested in (close to Calamvale Community College) was in short supply. I subsequently sighted a 4 bdrm, 2 bthrm, 4 carspace, single level house at 10 Riley Street Calamvale that I may well have elected to rent for just $10 a week more than the $610 had I had more time. Bottom line, the advertisment should have mentioned the proposed rental increase at the outset, as was the case with a number of other possibilities I was looking, at to permit a fair comparison to be made.
