Really happy with Q Realty’s service. Communication has been clear and responsive, and they’ve been very professional and easy to deal with throughout. They handled everything efficiently, from organising works to managing the tenant process, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. We have been renting through QRealty over our last 2 rentals. When the property we were in initially went up for sale. The team went out of their way to make open homes less stressful for us. Assisted us in finding a new place to rent that suited our family well. They have been quick with both maintenance and communication. Happy tenants here!

We initially applied for a different property but weren’t successful, so I called Q Realty to see if there was anything we could improve in our application. The first staff member I spoke with was really friendly and helpful, even though she couldn’t directly assist. She connected me with another team member who actually took the time to review our application and reassure us that everything was fine it was just bad timing. She also sent through a list of other properties we could apply for, which was really appreciated. We ended up being accepted for properties through both Q Realty and another agency, but after a negative experience elsewhere, we felt much more comfortable going with Q Realty. Communication has been great the whole way through and they’ve always been quick to respond, very easy to deal with, even after we secured the property.

With Q Realty, we got a positive response from the owner within 1.5 hours, that they were happy for us to be their new tenants.
