The team at Q Realty is super responsive. They have been managing our property since 2016. All inspections are carried out on time and they are very professional when it comes to maintaining relationships between the tenants and owners. If we are not happy about any repairs/replacement quotes they will promptly find alternatives.

Anything I was unsure of, I emailed and received an answer very swiftly. When going in to the office I walked into the wrong one, the lovely lady walked me across to the correct office. All the staff are so nice and welcoming. They ran me through all the paperwork and are very thorough with their entry report, gave me a copy of the hundreds of photos they took of the property.

Easy rental application process. Fast to respond to tenants needs. Always answers the phone and promptly replies to text messages. Great maintenance of the property and sends a handyman to fix minor issues. Would definitely recommend over other rental agencies. Light years better than ray white.
