Staff are friendly, don’t always reply back to emails. Entry report was marked clean on everything and not done properly. Real Estate did not mark any of the marks, thick dust on the entry report. When I asked for the things to be cleaned they didn’t give the cleaning the amount of time to clean to the real Estate standard which meant I had to go around and take more photos. A lot of my time wasted due to the entry report not being done properly. Please check your entry report properly and take photos, email before and after photo to Real Estate. Videos can’t be used if you have any issues on exiting the property.

Very very proactive with my application. Inspection completed on Saturday and applied straight away. Approved for a property on Monday afternoon. Kate answered all my questions, listened to my situation and stayed in contact throughout the entire process, and responded to texts and phone calls. Very friendly to deal with. I had alot of dramas with my rental references not responding but Kate made it all worth while and non stressful. Highly recommend Q realty for all Rental properties. If I could give 6 stars I would.
