First time using an agency and impressed!

We bought and rented out our property through QPL Rural Leeton and found the whole process painless. Chris found a few suitable tenants and let us decide on the final family. Chris and the team have always been accessible if any questions need answering. The first inspection report was wonderful, photos and a written report , which was great as we could not be there ourselves. Highly recommend the staff at QPL Rural Leeton.

Happy Customer

Investing in small country towns can have its challenges, however with QPL, in particular, working with Chris, I have found that there is hope in property managers looking after their landlords and alleviating the unnecessary stress. I changed from another local property manager to QPL and instantly, I was surprised at the level of expertise, timeliness and professionalism they have provided me.
