We had bad experiences with other property agents who we felt were pushy and didn't really explain the whole buying process to new home owners, Tyson was extremely honest and open regarding the property and took the time to take our calls and answers our questions - not matter how small or silly it seemed. Whilst understanding as a buyer that Tyson and his team represent the Seller, I still found Tyson, John and his team at Sotherby’s very willing to spend the time, help in all aspects of the real estate transaction …… importantly for me, not being pushy, being extremely helpful in getting the deal done….. I felt they had a real interest in finding the win-win proposition for everyone involved! They did what they promised and respond very timely when asked to, from negotiations right through to the property handover! Whilst I don’t want to do many more🤪, Tyson, John and the team made this sometimes stressful time probably the best property transaction I have had!!
