We met Tyson remotely in looking at one of his properties which didn’t meet our requirements. He listened to our reasons, even helped to strategise how we could keep both options open. Tyson didn’t have to do that and at the same time helped us with some of the finer details in buying a property in what is a foreign market to us with its own distinct rules. Knowledgeable, impartial and a talented but fair negotiator he strikes an incredible balance between reaching his vendors expectations whilst providing the buyer, us, with enough information to make the right decision. On execution of contract Tyson didn’t magically disappear, he continued to work with us to undertake negotiations with the vendor to allow us to make material changes to the property prior to final settlement.
