What's around 9 Crucis St

Iconic Coorparoo Family Haven

An iconic Coorparoo residence is on the market for the first time since its creation by HIA award-winning architects Project Designs Pty Ltd. This inner-city tropical escape is a pleasure to live in, a haven for those who appreciate classic design with a focus on clean lines, fluid forms, space and light. North-facing on an elevated corner parcel of land in the prestigious Coorparoo Heights pocket, the CBD shines brightly in view yet surrounding parkland suggests this property is a world away from the urban grind. To complement the laidback Queensland lifestyle, lofted ceilings and a central reflection pond naturally cool and light the functional layout which is an absolute joy to reside in. A custom-designed staircase smoothly connects all three levels while considered planning ensures a clever separation of shared living areas from the private large bedrooms. The recently completed entertaining space includes a purpose-built walk-in climate-controlled wine cellar and cinema with a wet bar. Cedar wood triple-garage doors hide the existence of this basement level 'after-five' option, which is as much a quiet place to watch a movie as it is a wonderful spot to share a glass of fine red. The main Crucis Street entry is via a timber gatehouse, past an established Pandanus palm and through a soaring oversized glazed glass door. A range of Miele appliances, a vast Calacatta marble island bench with breakfast bar, 2Pac cabinetry, butler's pantry and a built-in coffee/tea area comprise a chic contemporary kitchen. The nearby living room is an extraordinary space with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, surround-sound system, electric operated floor-to-ceiling blinds and a view through the Eucalypt trees of the city. Everyday living occurs on this mid-level which opens out to a concealed cedar-clad entertaining area with stone benches, a commercial Qasair rangehood, Beefeater barbecue and bar fridge. An L-shaped inground saltwater pool is framed by tropical gardens and sundecks, while there is a courtyard positioned at both the front and rear of the site. Inside, a bridge on the upper level connects the hotel-like master bedroom and ensuite to two large bedrooms serviced by a main bathroom. In the heart of it all is this blissful sanctuary, built in balance and designed to enjoy. * Architect-designed landmark Coorparoo home * Brisbane CBD and Mt Coot-tha outlook * Swimming pool * Built-in barbecue kitchen * Three-car garage * Wine cellar * Cinema with wet bar * Lofted ceilings * Gas fireplace * Ducted zone-controlled a/c * Fully-networked home with intercom * Spotted gum floors * Porcelain tiles * Ducted vacuum system * Electric blinds and louvres * Miele appliances * Reflection pond, courtyards, sundecks, tropical gardens, irrigated lawn * 5000L water tank

Thrilled with Tyson!!

We are thrilled to write this testimonial as we approach a year moving in to our dream home presented by Tyson Clarke. Right from our first house inspection to buying our home, it has been an absolute pleasure to interact with Tyson. He was very helpful even with our move in to our new house and up until today, when we have some queries, he is there for us. Tyson is a sincere, hardworking, thorough, friendly, charming, extremely reliable and one of the finest agents in the industry. We would definitely use Tyson’s services for all our future property needs.

Impressed with the Professionalism

We first met Tyson when inspecting an open home that we inevitably purchased. We were impressed with the professionalism that Tyson and his team displayed from our initial meeting and the way that his marketing from on-line, right through to the presentation of the open home, all tied together, right down to the music playing in the home that matched the music used in the video advertisement. We felt Tyson’s approach to the purchase was as fair and transparent as it could be, offering all potential purchaser’s the same information and opportunity to purchase. Without seeming pushy, Tyson knew when to apply the right amount of pressure as required to get the sale across the line. We felt that Tyson acted more as the conduit to the sale and as an associate to us and the seller, than he did, a real estate agent. It was this approach that ensured he was the right agent to trust when it came time to the sale of our property. Throughout the sale Tyson remained focused on the result, and the marketing campaign orchestrated by Tyson was second to none, with him managing to secure a front page ‘House of the Week’ for our property in the Courier Mail as well as a number of other free publications that were all due to Tyson’s persistence and hard work. Tyson was patient with us and the market in securing the right buyer for our home, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Tyson to our friends or family and would definitely use Tyson again in the future should the need arise
