From our first meeting with Mitch Dave and l were very impressed. Mitch has extensive knowledge of our location and recent sales in the area he was open and honest and certainly not pushy we told him what we wanted to acheive and thats what we got. I had 5 other agents view the property before Mitch most coming in under our expectations. Mitch went above and beyond marketed the property exactly as we wanted was respectful of our home and our time the property achieved an outstanding amount of interest and multiple offers and he guided us in the right direction we couldn't be happier.
