Lana is exceptional! Although she was representing the Seller, she also went above and beyond to ensure a smooth handover for me as the buyer too. Especially impressive given the complexity of the sale, as it included an AirBnb account, some furnishings and was at an awkward time over the Christmas period with lots of closures. She consistently brought thoughtful, practical solutions to the table, particularly when other parties, including the conveyancers, began to drop the ball. Lana was proactive, highly communicative and always anticipating the next right steps to keep everything moving forward on time. Her calm, knowledgeable, and solution-focused approach made what could have been a stressful and difficult process into a far more efficient and positive outcome for both the seller and myself. She was truly the saving grace to this sale.

We found both Lana and her team always respectful, honest and reliable. They took care with our property when we were not there. Did their best to qualify and target potential buyers. It took us sometime to sell and we fell short of where we wanted to be. In the end we decided to move on. We at no time felt pressured to. When it was taking so long to sell we had numerous agents ring and trying to get us to cha née agents we didn’t and am glad we stayed with Lana. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
