From the start Colin and Momo were polite and professional they came with a brochure that had all the relevant information about compatible houses in the area and about their selling process. Once we signed with them they moved quickly to get our house on the market. The sign went up photos taken and the house went on the net and after a week they had the first open house. When we got a buyer they kept us informed and advised us honestly all the way through until settlement. They were also cheaper on both marketing costs and commission but the service was five star all the way We would highly recommend them and would use them again with out hesitation.
