Gratitude for such a professional performance

I would just like to compliment you and your team from Queensland Sotheby’s International Reality. My wife and I placed our house on market for sale in August 2022 with another Real Estate Agent. After over four months with this agent, we had just three inspections, and did not receive any offer to buy. We then advised this Agent we would be taking our house off the market by the end of December 2022. It was then in late December 2022 we contacted you for a discussion on what strategies your company would engage in to sell our house. After this meeting with you Richard, my wife Lesley and I were very impressed in what was discussed and the professional manner in which you presented your company. We then signed a contract with you on 7th January 2023 as the agent to sell our house. It was then you introduced both your colleagues, Heath and Andy and organised your photographer. Before you wanted the photographer to start, you gave us certain ideas of how we should present our home and it was at this time Andy and Heath came and did more rearrangements to enhance the total look. They sure know what is the best way to show off a home. Then the photographer came and the advertising campaign was launched and on seeing the result, my Lesley and I were just blown away with the sheer professional video that launched your advertisement. You then organised an open house inspection for the following Saturday. As a result of this complete program, our house was sold unconditionally within 13 days of signing the contract. Now Lesley and I are extremely busy organising our removal and had a Garage Sale last Saturday and Sunday. On hearing this, Andy phoned offering any help we may require and Heath turned up on the Saturday to assist in any way possible.
