Look No Further - This is the Agent You Need

Andy Foster came highly recommended as an agent to sell my acreage property. I spoke with 4 agents in total, including Andy, before deciding to go with him. And am I glad I did!! He went well above and beyond in helping me navigate the ins and outs of selling, and had some buyers lined up "off-market" well ahead of time. He showed them through, professionally dealt with negotiations, and I had my home sold, off-market, at an exceptional price that allowed me to move on. I doubt whether a better price could be obtained - certainly not in the time frame and terms that Andy negotiated. If you are thinking of selling, by all means get a couple of appraisals (I did) - BUT - please, give this guy a call, meet him, and you'll see why I rate him 5 stars. I'd give him 10 if I could.
