Sanjay Lakhyan is truly exceptional. I was impressed with his knowledge, communication skill and straight forward attitude on the first day when I met him for house inspection. For about a year, I had been searching for the ideal home for my family and myself. But things weren’t going right for me. The incredible amount of information Sanjay passed me was just incredible. The information about the property and process of buying and all the paperwork was straightforward: presented the info and talked about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treated the situation like he himself is purchasing the property – he looks out for you and have your best interests in mind. He was ALWAYS available for home tours and even after hours calls. He was always great in his responses. responsiveness. It was hardly any time he didn’t pick up my call, in case busy, always called back straight away. Even if there was any concern, he would award me so that I can be prepared. My emails got responses back within 15-30 minutes. In brief I can say it was an amazing experience buying property through Sanjay and Quinn Real Estate. Paul and Danuta are the epitome of professionalism and have the best personalities for selling any home Big or Small. Nothing is to much trouble and when troubles arise with buyers as they occassially do they are communicative and proactive in resolving any issues. At no point did I feel they were ‘salesy’, they put no pressure on me, they gave off a family energy which made me feel safe knowing they would put my needs first for the sale.
