Found Denise to be very easy to deal with, nothing was a issue even on her weekend. Good old country service no bullshit, honest, and very genuine person, which in realestate is refreshing to find. Open communications and even had the seller and us meeting fave to face rather than he said she said communications. Would have no issues using Denise again should the need arise.
